Bella Casa Cleaning and Staging LLC works almost exclusively with short term rental properties. During our high season we must complete our properties within a tight time frame. I would like to share just a few tips that we find helpful when cleaning Vacation Rental Properties:
- Work in two's when making beds it saves time
- Dust off all counters (and don't forget the toaster!) prior to vacuuming
- Always check the trim around your floors and dust thoroughly because guests notice
- Check the dishwasher first to make sure the dishes have been run
- Start the sheets first so you can get going right away on the linen
- When you work in two's you have two sets of eyes to pair up whenever possible
